T Level – Education and Early Years (Early Years Educator)

NCFE T Level Qualification in Education and Early Years (EYE specialism) Level - 3

Curriculum

As a student of Early Years, you will learn how to care for and support young children (0-8years) at different stages of development. You will develop a first-hand understanding of the differing needs of children and how best to meet those needs through carefully considered child-centred planning.

To do this, at CLF Post 16, you will be taught how to safeguard, shape and model behaviour, work with others including parents and professionals, observe play, assess learning and recognise and provide adaptive and inclusive learning environments for all children (including those with additional learning needs and English as an Additional Language).

You will spend a minimum of 750 hours in an Early Years workplace to apply this new knowledge and demonstrate your developing skills in supporting the learning of young children.

You will share your compassion, kindness and love for learning with the next generation and enable children to have a positive start to their education journey. This programme will enable you to achieve Early Years Educator Status.
