At Post 16 we believe in offering a rich and diverse education. This means that we encourage enrichment sessions that will allow students to try new things, learn new skills or improve existing skills and passions.
Termly opportunities will change depending on the needs of the cohort and opportunities they would like to see more of. Sporting opportunities occur every week throughout the year
Leadership & Character Development
We offer a wide range of leadership roles that empower students to contribute actively to our school community. Opportunities include becoming House Representatives, House Leaders, and Student Ambassadors, enabling students to develop communication, teamwork, and organisational skills while representing their peers.

Sports, Health & Wellbeing
Our wide variety of sporting activities encourages students to stay active while developing teamwork, resilience, and a healthy lifestyle. Students can participate in numerous competitive and recreational sports supported by our dedicated staff team.
Life Skills & Personal Development
To support students’ independence and readiness for adult life, we offer engaging hands‑on activities such as Crunch Cooking, helping our students develop essential skills that will benefit them beyond Post16. All students also can engage in CLF BIG events ranging from reading, dance, sports coaching and science investigations. Our annual community action day allows students to participate and support local community projects and curriculum trips and visits will support linking to the wider world.
