P16: Careers Week and Reminders

Dear parents and carers,

Careers Week
This week we have seen some fantastic sessions for Careers Week.
With over 60 professionals coming to visit us on site, providing inspiring talks on their chosen profession and their path the get ther. There has also been the opportunity for some hands-on demonstrations this week. It has been a real pleasure to see our students participating in such outstanding opportunities to think about their next steps.
Tomorrow, Friday, is our main day. Students will have an opportunity to be interviewed by a professional in the morning and should have pre-booked their time for this already.
A careers fair will be open in the afternoon and students will have booked into 2 career pathway talks for the last session. The day will finish at 3:30.
Please note that students have been asked to come to college wearing smart attire tomorrow.
