P16 Central
It is with great delight that we have been able to welcome students into our new building, P16 Central. This space provides a high-quality learning environment, with lots of space, green views and even more access to technology. Combined with the Eye and the Hub (which offers a quiet space for students), we now have three buildings that are entirely dedicated to our Post 16 students, as well as access to high-tech facilities within John Cabot Academy and Bristol Brunel Academy.

Parents’ Evening 29th September
We are looking forward to welcoming you to our Parents’ Evening on Wednesday 29th September, appointments available form 4.30-7.30pm.
This will be an opportunity for you to be welcomed by our Senior Principal, Kath Cooper, at 5.15pm as new parents to the CLF Post 16 for all Year 12 parents and carers. At 6.00pm there will also be an Introduction to UCAS for all Yr 13 parents and carers and students, an opportunity to learn about the university applications process and the support available.
Your son/daughter is invited to make an appointment to meet with their Academic Mentor, where you will be able to discuss their progress so far within their subjects and attitude to learning. If you have any questions or concerns you would like to discuss, this can be supported at the Academic mentor meeting.
We would like to welcome you too as part of our growing community to visit our new buildings, including Central. We will be serving refreshments during the evening and a chance to get to know some of our staff and find out more about how you can become involved in our Academy community.
You don’t need to book to attend the main sessions and your son/daughter will be able to tell you what time they have booked for your appointment with their Academic Mentor
