Student Voice
Student Voice is a valued aspect of feedback that steers and supports the growth and development of CLF Post 16. We regularly ask students to tell us what they think with direct feedback opportunities and through the use of surveys. This insight and personal reflection shapes the Post 16 ethos and strategy. Our students could not be more important to us.
From within their Academic Mentor group, student representatives are elected. These students attend regular Student Council meetings. This team is influential, and have been instrumental in bringing change to the provision, the academic mentor programme, the assembly schedule, student induction programme, the rewards system and building a community.
Two members of this Student Council are then chosen to represent student voice at the Post 16 Academy Council, so as to ensure that innovation and improvement continue to inform our journey.
