Year 13 and Foundation Parents Evening 21/01/2026

Dear Parents and Carers 

 Year 13 and Foundation Group Parents Evening – Wednesday 21 January – 4pm-7pm 

We would like to invite you to our Year 13 and Foundation Group Parents Evening on Wednesday 21 January 2026, from 4pm until 7pm. Each course appointment will be 7 minutes long and face to face, in the P16 eye building.  

This an important evening which provides the opportunity to speak with your child’s subject teachers and discuss their progress, success and next steps this academic year. 

Should you have any queries, concerns or questions surrounding Next steps (UCAS), pastoral needs or additional support with progress, appointments will be available to meet with the team. Katy Dodd , Head of Malala House for Year 13 students or Kath Woodward, Head of Parks House, Level 1 & 2 Course students. If you would like an appointment, please book in for the relevant person named above on the booking form. 

GCSE Maths appointments are very limited, please email info@p16.clf.uk if you would like to be allocated a meeting. 

On the evening there will also be the opportunity to speak with our Safeguarding Lead – Stacey Gwynn and Deputy SENCo – Alex Wollacott, who will be available for meetings in the Post 16 Eye. 

The booking system will go live on Monday 12th January at 4pm and will close at midday on the January 21st January.
