A-level results CLF Post 16
CLF Post 16 students achieved great results across their A-level and vocational qualifications.
Students studying subjects from engineering to drama exceeded their target grades and have now secured their places at top universities and competitive apprenticeships.
70% students on vocational courses achieved top grades of Distinction* – Merit
Students with SEN performed particularly well, demonstrating the strength of inclusion work at Post 16.
Of particular note are:
- Amy Elston, who achieved A*AAB in maths, further maths, religious studies and chemistry and is now taking up a place to study mathematics and philosophy at Bristol University.
- Jasmeet Gharyal, who is progressing to study dentistry at University of Bristol.
- Ayesha Asad, who is progressing to the University of Bristol to study law.
- Kieu Anh Dang, who is progressing to study psychology with Innovation at University of Bristol.
- Yousef Ibrahim, who is studying chemistry with a year in industry at Cardiff University.

“At a time when many are concerned about the opportunities open to young people, our students are securing fantastic destinations due to their hard work in lessons and engagement with universities and employers.
